Terms of use

1. Not a medical service

Labless provides general wellness and educational information about lab results. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, is not a medical device and does not create a doctor–patient relationship.

Hidden tests, indices and recommendations are estimates. They can be wrong and a real measurement always wins. Always discuss your results with a qualified clinician before making health decisions, and never delay or ignore medical advice because of something you read in Labless.

In an emergency, or if a value is flagged as critical, contact your doctor or emergency services right away.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity in your account. You can delete your account at any time in Profile.

3. Your content and family members

You keep ownership of the reports and information you upload. You give us permission to store and process them, including with our AI provider when you have consented, only to provide the service to you.

Upload reports of other people only if you have the right to: for example your own children, or adults who have agreed. You are responsible for that permission.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Labless: don't upload content you have no right to share, try to access other people's data, disrupt the service, reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it to provide medical services to others.

5. Price and partners

Labless is free for people. In the future it may show optional offers from health partners, such as a test or a program; you decide whether to use them, and we will never share your data with a partner without your request.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Labless available and accurate but provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We may change or stop features, and we will tell you in advance about changes that matter.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Labless is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made on the basis of information in the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law or your rights as a consumer.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Labless and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

9. Apple

If you downloaded Labless from the App Store, these terms are between you and Labless, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support and is not responsible for claims about the app, but Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without limiting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
